Booking an appointment.
We’ve made booking an appointment at Refresh Dental easy and convenient. Our friendly,Passionate front of house team is available to you Monday to Saturday and is able to answer all your questions and get the information you need to tailored to your concerns. We are just a call, Dm or email away. When you arrive, you are welcomed with a warm smile. A team member will be there to greet you and get you settled in. We will kindly ask you to sanitise your hands, get your temperature checked and if you are early, we politely ask you to take a seat until we call you into our treatment room. We cater to the needs of the disabled, by offering wheelchair access and services for those with impaired vision or hearing. And for those with babies, we have a fully equipped baby changing facility.
Your Safety
At Refresh we have always adhered to strict, consistent disinfection routines, these have been ramped up further to protect you and the team. Our practice is equipped with sanitising stations and ventilation units and filtration systems to ensure aerosols have been effectively extracted. Our team is tested on a regular basis for covid 19. Appointments will be staggered slightly further apart from each other and we will continue to follow government guidelines for the Covid era.

Firstly we provide you with a personal full oral health assessment and discuss any issues you have experienced or concerns you may have. We then take the time to understand what your aspirations are for your smile and ensure that we work with you to keep you happy and healthy for the future. During your journey we aside enough time for each consultation and procedure so you will never feel rushed or that you don’t have enough time to ask questions. Prevention is key for us, and we will ensure you are equipped with the best advice to be able to care for a healthy mouth and teeth for years to come.
Your treatment plan
We are dedicated to offering you a stress-free and pain-free experience for your dental care.
Where treatment is necessary our experienced team of clinicians will use the latest techniques, full PPE and industry approved materials. We offer all our services under one roof and only refer out if absolutely necessary. You are free to have as much or as little involvement in your treatment plan as you wish. For those with a busy schedule, we will endeavor to offer you treatment in a time efficient and relaxed manner.
